I'm certain you'll get a lot of requests of joining the team, but I suppose I'll put in a request myself, because I'd like to help improve RiM, and I'm one of the few forumers with 1K posts and regularly listens to RiM (when I can), AND talks to the hosts in the chat when on.

The word "level-headed" actually grabbed my attention. Back on FiM, there were awards similar to the end of the year awards hosted on here and of course, there was one for the person who was calm, quick to handle issues, handle them fairly, see both sides of the issue at hand, and for someone who was just in general a deep thinker. All of which can fall under the category for this team! My name popped up a ton of times in each members' votes. As well, I am currently a staff member on FiM (when it was alive) and have been for a while now so obviously the job as a staff member is to help members and close threads when bullying starts to happen!

Lastly, a few years back I was in a club at my school for this same thing. They actually called it "Conflict Manager" and in that group you would do the same thing you'd do here. Solve issues but solve them fairly.

So I think I can help this team If anything, I'll just try my best!

Seems very interesting. I have no training, but I can help to resolve conflicts and I tend not to take sides in any situation.

First off I would like to thank everyone who applied. There was a lot more interest than I would have thought for this team.

If you have applied you should receive a message from me just giving you a bit more info, trying to set up some interview schedule and such. I stand by what I initially said with a call in not a necessity but I find it does make it a bit more personal in this age of being text on a screen to someone.
