If you want to change any of your settings go to the top right of your page and click "Settings".
After that you can choose what you want to change in the box on the left.
EDIT: I'm not sure if this is the same on the phone app, though.

If you access the main site through your web browser, whether on your phone, or online, you can change your profile information much easier from there. If you're still having trouble once you login to the main site instead of the app, send me a message by clicking my name choosing the send message option from the menu that pops up.
