Rim show times in GMT

If anyone wants to clean this up or otherwise improve it, be my guest. I just figured I'd give it a shot with my severely limited tech knowledge.

I've fixed it with equations now

This is off by an hour. Morning show starts 6:00 CST and CST is GMT -6

as people have said the times are without Daylight Savings

'TIS A LIE! I LIVE IN GMT +1, AND THE SHOW AIRS AT 1:00 TO 3:00

care to say what times are wrong? maybe it's the original GMT+0 times I was given
