EqF Presents: Teem4Stress

Spoiler: What it was 

Teem4Stress is a series in which the Team Fortress 2 enthusiasts of Equestria Forever come together and simply play in the game. Each of the playing days considered as a part of the series are recorded as well as the voice chat of TeamSpeak. We probably won't host any livestreams however, as we think it would be an unnecessary effort. The recorded material will be cut/edited and uploaded on YouTube.

Reply on this thread or send a PM so we can add you on our group in Steam.

The rules are simple: When the event is about to begin, log into Steam (TeamSpeak is optional). After that, follow the main hosts to the server they have picked. We will send a joining message. This means you must add the certain people to your friends in order to join directly. Then just follow them onwards if they choose to switch the server. You must also change your username to the normal username you have in EqF to avoid confusion.

I've been thinking about this for a while now...

...that I should start a vlog-ish series about playing TF2. Not any documentary/howto -shit, just playing TF2 while commentating. I don't know a name for it yet, but I've been thinking to start the series after Halloween (1st of Nov) I'm unsure about the length as well, I was thinking about 1h at maximum per episode/video. The series wouldn't also have to be from my perspective (me starting every video and being on top of it), instead, it could be EqF's own TF2-show. It only means that others would have to record the voice/gameplay. I could upload them in my channel though.

Of course, it would be pretty dull only hearing my voice so whenever others are available, feel free to join in! I would record both the gameplay and commentary (through TS).

Dive in for some laughs and time-killing.

It's not always the same group or person(s) in the episodes. You shall make it there as often as you can, like, I probably couldn't do them always as well.

Think of it as RiME replaced with TF2.

While it could be fun and all, I do think you're not planning this out. SO far you're basicly telling us you don't know how long you're gonna make them, when you want to do them and what you want to talk about. You don't have a schedule, name or date yet. So far it's only an idea. I've had 2 youtubechannels and all I can tell you is that if you don't plan it out then it will die sooner or later (though probably sooner.)

While I do think it's not too shabby of an idea, that's all it is so far. Therefor my advice to you is to plan it out and go over quite some scenario's (for example, what if people like it and I get alot of subs/people who'd like me to do videos on a regular basis.)

Well honestly if this thread had a name pointing on the series I think your text would make more sense then.

Well it was not obvious to me, I find this an opinion thread not a planningthread. Basicly all you're telling us is the idea, that alone is not enough to call this a planningthread imo.

Well, that's your opinion. I wouldn't plan everything ahead if it would happen so others are not interested. Furthermore, as this is a group effort, I cannot speak for everyone in advance.

Actually, I just tried capturing video and it barely affected on my FPS. So I could capture @ 30 FPS with a clear quality
