Las Pegasus Tribune is going through some heavy development right now, one of the projects I'm currently working on in regards towards the website is more forum usage. It would be wonderful to see more of my own community on here, and with a little push I can have that happen. However I did say that this was one of the projects, yet it is not the most important one. Nay, the most important would most certainly be the site itself, which is what brings me too the reason that I am posting this; input. I wish to make it easy too use for those less fortunate enough to own a real computer, (crappy mobile users). Unfortunately, I have too code for them, since the current setup isn't capable of utilizing its own mobile section, and thus leaves leg room too ask what kind of design might work for cross platform structuring, so if you have suggestions leave a comment. Keep in mind performance and usability.

Past that, I always preferred having an app over a mobile site for phone users. As well as being more organized and potentially offering the ability to use notifications, you can monetize it with ads. It also tends to work as an advertising tool for the site, especially if you can get it SEO'd to show up for searches like "mlp".

That's one thing I've been considering, it's kind of harder to approach but it does make things more interesting.
