I'm confused. :/

Had a feeling. I guess that is what I get for getting a bit too over zealous with the fact everything is topsy-turvy in a temple designed by Discord. Anyway, long story short, the Doctor was transported to a room that only existed in the past but the second he left the room he also 'left' the past and returned to the present. Which currently means he is falling towards/past your OC.

Simply put, the observatory is like a portal to the past because I thought facing dinos would be interesting.
