Seeing random images to confuse us as Discord has done before would be interesting. He's created a magical temple that can create his own images maybe?

How about doors, passageways, etc. that go in one way but come out in a completely different are than expected? That seems like a Discord worthy trap. We'll need to come up with some unconventional means of exploration as a map or compass probably wouldn't help much in that situation. Something like a string or marker system on the walls that indicates what leads where for us.
Or maybe a room that switches out races around (Earth Ponies, Unicorns, and Pegasi). Having to suddenly become accustomed to wings or magic (or lack thereof) could present an interesting challenge.
Not entirely sure about these ideas, I'm just kind of tossing ideas here.

Hey, just out of curiosity, why all of the planning?I personally find the fun of Rping is just jumping in and discovering where things go.
Granted, I can understanding setting some ground rules on how extravagant the traps should be. ^_^; Nonetheless, the point of adventure is discovering the unknown!
