After some fairly lacklustre sales Reisen found himself once again returning to Ponyville to restock and receive his commission. Walking through the main street things did seem to be awfully quiet and strangely dilapidated, however Reisen payed it no attention as ever since that unicorn from Canterlot had moved here few things were unusual anymore in Ponyville. As he made his way towards the store, he started to get headache and began to feel very uneasy and self conscious.
Just my luck, as soon as I get a chance to spend some time at home I come down with something.
Reisen decided that maybe it would be best to head home first, so he unhitched himself from his cart and started to wonder back to his home through the empty streets.
Me and Dark Pasts were moving some of my floorboards to her place to reinforce it before nightfall. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a figure. Quietly I motioned for her to run home I crouched down a peered at the mysterious figure.
A sudden movement and sound of hoofsteps caught Reisen’s attention, but when he turned to look at the source of the disturbance he saw nothing. The feeling of being watched combined with the unnatural quietness and magnified his anxiousness.
Desperate to end the silence Reisen shouted

His stammering betraying his rising fear.
It talked!? He didn't sound like the lunatic ponies skulking about Ponyville.
