To be honest, for the few times I've listened in, it's the humour, energetic atmosphere, and friendliness when welcoming new visitors.
Honestly, that's what's most important to me. It's being able to view a show or something and actually be treated like a person and not a number.
It's nice so keep doing that please.
I always just liked the ability to talk/give input to the show via a chatbox; it makes the whole thing seem a bit more personal and immersive.

I do quite enjoy the banter, the stories and just getting to talk to people.... and making fun of each other... that's always entertaining.

I like how everything is worked out and how we are connected to all the social media thingers. I'd personally like to see more activity on them though. Maybe spark up a conversation... start up a hashtag. Maybe staff vlogs? Bring the audience closer to us. Maybe start off a show with a user submitted intro saying, "I'm ______ and you're listening to Radio is Magic Entertainment." (Cue Intro)
Just simple things. Aside from that... I enjoy every aspect of the station.
