Chilly Wing grew up in CloudsDale. He never made many frineds, To busy partispateing in school.
He now lives above ponyvile. Helping with things when winter comes. He is a ice blue pega. Hes not good at talking to other ponys. He finds him self quite lonely.
He has some friends. Like Zacora and Blender (My other oc).
Hes super sweet and helps how ever he can.

Even with the format, you'll need to add quite a bit of detail about his background (his time growing up to where he is now), his cutie mark (assuming he has one), and his personality. In addition, we discourage preset relationships between OCs and canon characters because it forces the person who RPs that canon character into a friendship that they might not agree to.
