Again, I would like to point out that if they don't do anything about it after you report it, you probably can go to court with the issue and sue them for not taking action.

It's still worth a shot. Calling some sort of authority and letting them know of a possible fight could solve the issue in some way, or at least be the first step.

Ffs, not taking action will solve nothing in the long run. Maybe you'll prevent a friend or two from getting hurt, and that's great, but absolutely nothing will be solved, and nothing is going to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Involving "third party people" is the only way to begin to actually solve the issue.
