To be honest, this really isn't necessary. If you have an RP going and need to OOC a few times, as always, you can just do it in the RP box. If you need to OOC more than that, the OOC Skype chat is fine... or you can shoutbox PM. You could even have a VM conversation.
The reason OOC Skype isn't usually RP-related is, well, there's not that often that RPing needs to be thoroughly discussed! We did make a new chat for EqF though, and anyone can join. I just posted a thread about it, which you can find here: Skype OOC Chatroom
