she said something about rows of twenty right?
thats the hint i think..
because if you look at the second letters of the email , it spells heishere meaning he is here ?
is this the answer or just a coincidence.
otherwise i have no idea

Ooh, that's clever! That would explain why the message was broken up like that. MY thought would have been to look at the FIRST letters, but the SECOND letters is a very well-hidden code, and it's fully coherent AND totally appropriate…I bet that's it!

indeed, the original riddle was with rows of 10 but i thougth i'd put a hidden hint like that in it also if you follow the story it's kinda odd that she doesn't want protection from this stalker. If you realise that you know that he must be there already and she didn't want to raise suspision with the stalker.
