What is their motivation? They are shunned by society
Do they have an Archnemesis? No; He considers enemies as anyone who opposes him.
What do they use their super powers for? To have other ponies give in to his demands, and have them do dastardly deeds for him.
What are their strengths and weaknesses? He is very intelligent, but also makes very hasty decisions. He often does not plan things out. He is very strong, but his stamina is very low, so he would not last long in a quarrel.

It would have to be a pony who is stubborn, and refuses to adhere to the will of others on a regular basis.
