Background : Flitter was born in Cloudsdale roughly a year after her sister and only sibling, Cloudchaser. Raised by a loving, if busy, mother and father, she lived a comfortable, relaxed life for quite some time. Growing up with her sister who looks almost identical to her, she and Cloudchaser were always looking out for each other, whether it was at home or at school, it's why you usually see them together where ever they are. They're don't stay together all the time since Flitter likes to have some space from time to time, it's just they're usually seen together, though she got that from when she was going to flight school at first. She had a hard time with going to flight school at first, not because of bullies or anything like that, it was her parents more so taking her there like escorts. She felt a bit embarrassed, her sister didn't have to deal with it. She told them after a while that she was perfectly capable of flying there herself, they agreed seeing she's not the filly she once was and she needed her space. She was relieved they agreed to her terms, her sister was too seeing as they both were attending flight school.

The school wasn't all bad, given there were some rough times to be had. The flying classes themselves were no big deal, either, though they did ramp up in difficulty as the years progressed.The school's lesson became a bit more challenging as well, she wondered why she had to fly through hoops and around pillars and do all these crazy obstacle courses? All she really wanted to do was, well...fly. She didn't say anything about it to others, she only knew a few fillies and colts so she just kept quiet and went along with it, the only one she could say something to was her sister Cloudchaser, she was about the only friend that she had and could talk to, the reason why you usually see the two together. As the years went by, she got to know a few more of the ponies at the school and befriend them, though sometimes they would mistaken her for her sister Cloudchaser as they both were of the same color, despite the mane and tail styles, so she decided to wear a pink bow in her mane to make the difference more obvious to others.

After Flitter finished her flight school training and graduated, she celebrated with her family having a nice little party. She then decided to fly down to the local town near Cloudsdale, Ponyville. She decided to get a home there and get more acquainted with the local ponies.

Personality : Flitter is, overall, a kind, curious and easily excitable pony, a quirky and friendly mare who isn't afraid to step up for somepony. While she may not be the smartest mare, but she does like to lend a helping hoof to a pony in need. True to her nature of being a pegasus, she loves to fly, but she's not all into it for competition's sake given her carefree laid back nature. Sometimes she can give a challenge if it presents itself to her, she wouldn't care if she won or lost it, she'd just do it for the fun and maybe a giggle or two.

Cutie Mark : Her cutie mark is three dragonflies, representing living life to the fullest. Her mark appeared after she did some dancing for a little talent show. She saw a flier posted in school for the talent show and decided she'd try something and hopefully she'd earn her mark. She thought of a few things then decided she'd try some dancing as she heard some music nearby that got her in a moving mood. She signed up and then started practicing some, maybe her talent was dancing, she thought she'd give it a shot, she'd have nothing to lose but hoped there was something to gain. When the talent show came the next day, she waited backstage, feeling a bit nervous about performing, she was getting stage fright. Cloudchaser was there to support her as she gave her a little pep talk, giving Flitter the confidence to go out and do her best, she wasn't competitive about it, just wanting to have fun and hope she wouldn't make a fool of herself. When it was her turn she went out to center stage and waited for the music to play, then when it did, she started moving to sound of the beat. While she wasn't the most graceful of dancers, she just had a fun time doing it. It wasn't for anything more then just fun, even if it wasn't her talent. She actually got a nice decent applause after she finished her little routine, moving around stage and occasionally doing a little aerial dancing. She felt good about it after she finished her little routine, then as she trotted off stage somepony pointed out her cutie mark. Though she was a bit befuddled about what three dragonflies had anything to do with her talent, she did a little research into it to find they make the most of things in life, she didn't question it as she did like to have fun.

Just looking for some more detail here, pretty much.

Flitter is still pretty young. What are some of the ages around when the events in the background happened? Growing up with her older sister? How long was she at flight school?

Tell us more about her cutie mark. Like the Mane 6 did in the show, we want to see the whole story (possibly from her eyes, though that's up to you) with solid descriptions of events, as opposed to the short overview of them you have now. If you'd like to give a little more bulk to this, tell us about Flitter's bow. Not many ponies wear one.
