      Computer Help Please... Anyone?!

      What Happened

Ok, so the other day, I decided, "Hey, Tilli... let's install Ubuntu onto the computer!"
      First off... big mistake.
I do not understand much about computers, I only wanted Ubuntu because it's fucking sexy ok.
Anyway, I download the official ISO, (I think I used UNETBootin? to "mount" it or whatever it's called)
I restarted the system and ran the Ubuntu installer in Ubuntu.
When asked what I wanted to do, I accidentally selected Format the HDD without realizing, now this deleted everything, all of my win7 + files, which included the Ubuntu stuff, which wouldn't let me finish the installer.
I had to rush over to my uncles house to re-install Windows, (First XP and then 7) (I didnt realize he had 7 'til I'd installed XP)
afterwards I done the same thing, but I haven't tried installing Ubuntu, I still have it in the "Demo Mode"

      Problem

When in Win7, I have no sound available, it says no Audio Devices Found, However when in Ubuntu, the sound works perfectly, I have no idea why.

      What I Need Help With

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get my Audio back on Win7, I'll post some screenshots of what's going on, as well as my specs.
Before hand, I will mention my computer is extremely old and really bad, please don't say "Forget it, get a new one" because I cannot afford it at the moment, and I need this one running until I can get a new one next year.
It also says I have no sound card, but I obviously do, because I'm getting sound in Ubuntu

I'm sorry, you have the problem misunderstood, Ubuntu works fine, it's Windows 7 that has no sound.

It doesn't find your audio card because you probably don't have the drivers installed. Since you deleted everything.

You can find the drivers here.
