OC: Quicksilver
Y'all ready? This is probably gonna be terrible, my first OC for ANYTHING.
Name: Quicksilver
Gender: Male
Species: Pegasus
Age: 18

Quick Facts: Has a part-time job working for merchants in various towns. His surprisingly strong wings can get him from his home in Ponyville to anywhere in Equestria in as little as 3 hours. His mother is a doctor, and his father is a boat captain. They aren’t around very much, as they do volunteer work for underprivileged ponies in faraway lands, so he is alone most of the time.
History/Background: He hasn’t been a particularly outstanding pegasus all his life. He can achieve speeds of over 100 mph, but doesn’t put this talent to use unless he is travelling to a faraway job. This strength in his wings has developed because of his exceptionally weak legs, which cannot carry more than his own weight. He spends his life with his friends, and almost never touching the ground.
Personality: He isn’t particularly shy, but he does not like talking to new people very much. He loves spending time with friends, but doesn’t like making them. He isn’t afraid to stand up to things that he thinks are not being done well, so he does not cooperate with authority figures. He loves animals, especially reptiles. He owns two snakes – Soap and Ginger, both of which are corn snakes – and spends a lot of time with one of them woven around him.
Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is element 80 (Mercury) because of his movement. When he gains enough speed, he becomes a flash of silver that resembles liquid, thus giving him the name, and eventually, the cutie mark.
