Age Limit - You must be 13 years old or older to be a part of this forum. If you are found to be younger than 13, you will be banned until the date of your 13th birthday.
Spam - Useless posts, such as 'This^' or posting the same thing in multiple threads, or posting twice in a row on the same thread will result in an infraction.
Advertising - Advertising for another site without permission will result as a infraction.
Necroposting (Thread digging) - Digging up a thread that is more than 5 months old or on a clearly expired topic will result in an infraction. If it continues, it may result in a ban.
No Racism - We are a open community to all races. Racism will result in a ban.
Language - Using foul language excessively outside of Dystopia will result in a infraction.
Thread Spamming - Posting a thread in the wrong section repeatedly will result in an infraction.
Explicit Photographs/Content - Pornography or any form of gore, text OR pictures, will be an automatic permanent ban. This includes describing it. (Example, like a Clopfic or ERPing) This rule is defined differently within the publicly-joinable Utopia forum, please see the rules thread here for more information.
No Role-Playing outside of the roleplaying section. - Doing so will result as an infraction and if it happens more than once, it will result in a ban.
Trojans/Keyloggers - Posting files which include trojans/keyloggers etc. will result in an immediate ban.
Acting as Staff - Impersonating a staff member in any way (through your signature or avatar or by stating such) will result in a ban.
Ban evading - Any account judged to be used to get around a ban will be permanently banned.
Each account used to evade a ban will result in an additional three days being added to the length of any ban. Repeated evasions may eventually result in a permanent ban of the main account.
Threatening the site - (hacking, etc.) will result in a permanent ban. In addition, threatening other members will result in a ban.
Stolen Identity - Using someone else's information (such as numbers and pictures) will result in a permanent ban.
Arcade Use - The arcade is a privilege, inappropriate language and all other forum rules apply in there, and will be enforced the same.
Bit Abuse - Using Exploits in the currency system will result in your bits being reset to 0.
Like System Abuse - Boosting Reputation via rep circles, liking every post by a user, or other ways of artificially increasing your rep level faster than is legitimately feasible will result in your rep and likes being reset to zero.
Staff Campaigning - Any posting, shouting, VMing or thread creation done in the name of encouraging your place among staff will result in an infraction. You wouldn't pester a future employer for a job, so don't do so here. We are well aware who on site would be best suited for any possible future positions.
NOTE: If you have any suggestions on other users who may be ideal candidates, you may bring it up. That being said, don't take this as an excuse to have your friends campaign for you. This will be taken as a violation of this rule, and infractions will be handed out to all parties involved.
Signatures - Any signature above 300 PX (in height) or bigger than 500 KB will be deleted, and a warning will be given. If you have multiple signature images, the height can not exceed 350 PX, and total of 800 KB of data. Signatures also can not have more than four lines of text.
We reserve the right to ban users for reasons not stated here.
