OC: starry gaze

Starry gaze daydreams often and her eyes twinkle in the moon hence her name. Her wings have star themed clips (what people wear where the ear curls sadly I don't know the name but not on the lobe which does not require pierced ears) on the edge of her wings in the middle she dyes her wings with a starry themed starry gaze usually wears headphones listening to music
Background:
Starry gaze was born in manehatten but got tired of the city life. Wanting to live a less fancy life she moved to pony ill when she was 15(human years)
Starry gaze was always distracted in school she could never focus. (16 years old in human years) She would slam down her pencil in frustration she never understood what the teacher said in those few minutes she paid attention. Kids would stop, stare, laugh, and make fun of her. She had a few friends but none of them actually acted like it they wouldn't let her sit at their tables at lunch. They would ditch her in mid sentence because someone saw them walking together. To top it off starry gaze was a blank flank. One day in school starry gaze was actually able to focus on the teacher. They were learning about constellations. Starry gaze memorized the names of the constellations were the were what they meant in fables. She started drawing constellations. After she found out that she was really good at drawing constellations she tried drawing other things. They weren't that good but her constellation drawings could've been mistaken for the actual constellations. When starry gaze went on vacation where she went dolphin spotting the captain got lost. Night soon fell and starry gaze was able to navigate using the stars. She realized that stars was her ability. When she got to a light post the dim light was just enough to see the sparkles on her flank. She got her cutie mark! On cloudless nights starry gaze flies with a barely noticeable trail of stars that quickly dissipates. She is now setting goals to be an asronymist.

Personality: starry gaze is shy, tempremental, kind, and funny when you get to know her but she is A little antisocial. ADHD behavior

Cutie Mark: 3 stars; as starry gaze is very gifted in astronomy. She can map at wherever you are using stars.

Unfortunately there are a few things we would need to iron out.

We do not allow the star-shaped irises or pupils. While we do welcome a star-theme on the pony, it unfortunately must be done with accessoaries and her cutiemark. Hairclips, tiaras, dresses and similar are all good things. The same also goes for her wings, she is allowed to put something on them to make stars, but we will not allow it to be an actual pattern in her fur or feathers.

In her history, why is being a blank-flank so bad? You do not state how old she is at the time, which leads me to believe she'd be about 12 or similar. This would not be too an alien age to still be a blank-flank.

We don't really allow precognition above Pinke Pie's ability, and that is unique to her. This is so players can't force someone else into something by saying that they had a vision.
However, the main ability of hers, to understand stars and have a natural affinity for navigate her way with the help of them, is fully acceptable.

We would like to see some description for how she came to Ponyville and why she is there, you never state how that came to be ( unless you intended for her to be born there, but that's not actually stated ).
We'd also like a bit more of a story about her cutiemark. Cutiemark-stories are good for showing who the character are and what kind of person they are, so having her sleep and just wake up with it is a bit of a letdown. If you insist on her sleeping and waking up with it, we can further discuss this point.
