Should point out a few important tech/skill levels of the Doc real quick.
-The TARDIS is basically a very fancy hot air balloon.
-He does not have a sonic screwdriver.
-He is not an alien.
-Nor is he hundreds years old.
I wrote up his bio to be as feasible as possible to the canon as I could, so don't worry about him bringing in a lot of crazy sic-fi elements. In fact at this point in his storyline, he just- whoops! I was about to give away spoilers. Guess you are all going to have to find out more about him later.
(Or cheat, and just find his CC submission thread) ;P
