"No," she muttered, "It's not you " she said glancing up at Arpe coldly. She rested herself against Silver almost defensively and smiled at Arpe.
"I had a great day!" She said sarcastically without be asked, she wouldn't be ignored any more today.

He did a double-take, looking at her, now with a slight sneer. He hadn't thought he'd been particularly unpleasant, really. "Well, aren't we pleasant today? Wake up on the wrong side of the bed?" He wasn't sure why... but he really didn't like seeing her resting against Silver that closely.
"So where's your 'perfect' coltfriend? Out terrorizing some innocent pony?" He stood up onto his hindlegs, beginning to lean back against the wall.
Candi glared at him and stepped closer to Silver, resting nearly all her weight on him.
"I don't know, mr perfect has been a little busy lately knocking up and then ignoring his lovely marefriend."
She was trying to sound cold, but the truthfulness of what she said shot through her and her heart constricted. Her eyes began to tear up again, causing her to turn her face away quickly.
Arpeggio almost burst out laughing, but he kept his expression neutral. He thought to himself, 'I knew that foal wasn't as responsible as he said... what a tool. I do feel a little bad for her, I guess. Teen mother and all that. Can't be that fun. At least I can explain away her bitchiness with 'Hormones'.' He sighed a bit, still getting more irked at her closeness to Silver. "Hm. I see."
Silver was clamming up, tensing a bit as Candi stepped closer while the two bickered, then noticibally frowned as he noticed Candi turning her face away. Then, on an urge, Silver nuzzled her, trying to cheer her up, then blushed slightly as he realized what he was doing. In front of Arpe of all ponies!
Candi shot back as Silver nuzzled her, and stared at him with shock written all over her face. She backed up another step, trying to organize her thoughts.
"T-thanks for walking me to my room..."
She quickly moved past Silver to her door, stepping into the room quickly and slamming the door shut. She leaned against the closed door and slid to the floor, resting one hoof on her stomach.
Arpeggio's eye twitched slightly, though it was barely noticeable. 'Now what the buck?! Sheesh... Sil, she IS still in a relationship... at least some things haven't changed...' He shook his head ever so slightly to the side. He then spoke, "...Sil, what was all that about?" He quirked his head a little. He figured he should at least hear his friend's side out before he smacked him.
Silver stood up and looked away from Candi as she shot back, blushing from the embarrassment or awkwardness, or even both, "Y-ya... no problem..."
He couldn't bring himself to look at Arpe either, "Well, I... I just found her hurt, and sobbing, and needing someone to be with her a few minutes ago...and I was helping her back to her room... and then you... and she started crying... I don't like it when mares cry.... and... it just happened! I thought it'd cheer her up a bit... I mean, c'mon! You saw what she was doing!" Silver was starting to sorta ramble a bit, gaining back enough confidence to look at the larger pegasus.
Arpeggio sighed a bit. Yes, it was clear that some things hadn't changed at all. "Well, I guess that's understandable... crazy mood swings already; hopefully that doesn't become a pattern..." He closed his eyes a bit. "Yes, I saw what she was doing." 'Doesn't mean I liked it.' "...Well, whatever. Want to hang out for a bit?"
Air casually arrived at the dorms with Ferr in hot pursuit behind her.
"I guess she'd be in her room."
She said back to Ferr as two very confused looking stallions stood outside Candi's room ...
"... I definitely think she's been here ... "
Candi's emotions had visibly left a trail of destruction in her wake ... she'd been here ...
She approached the two stallions nervously and asked ...
"U-Ummm ... have you t-two seen a distressed earth pony around here?"
