Eh, Stans story was bad from start to finish. He had the motive, his story had more holes than Swiss cheese, and such little emphasis was put on Eric and Fred that they could be completely ignored while solving the issue

A man worked for a high-tech security institution, and one day when he went to work just to notice he couldn't log-in anymore. He then remembered that for security reasons the password changes every month. So he went to his boss to get his new password. he had the following conversation with his boss:
worker: "hey boss my password is out of date."
boss:"Yes, that's right. The password is different, but if you listen carefully you should be able to figure out the new one: it has the same amount of letters as your old one but only 4 of the letters are the same."
worker:"thanks boss"
With that, he went and correctly logged into his station.
but what was his old and new password? BOTH HAVE 9 LETTERS

James and Sally were sitting in their family room one night. While James was watching t.v., his wife Sally was reading. All of a sudden the power went out and James decided to go to bed while Sally kept on reading. With no use of artificial light, Sally kept on reading.

hint needed to solve it: she was not using any electronical device/device on batteries.
i'll also put a 5th one with it seeing as the one above might be a bit too easy. :shrug: it's fairly easy if you think logically.

Peter had a big crush on a girl, who was rumoured to be a witch named Limon. Peter had followed Limon after school to see where she lives, he wanted to confess his feelings for her. He rang the doorbell and the father of Limon opened the door, peter said he wanted to speak to his friend Limon. His father knew he wasn't a friend of hers so he asked him how old she was. Peter had no idea and guessed his own age, 15. The father gave him a last chanche and took a piece of paper. He wrote his daughters name on it, then looked around the room. He wrote several things on the paper and gave it to the young man. On the paper stood 8 words ,a name and a date : "Limon, Couch, Teaspoon, Pillow, Door, Supermarket, Aunt, 24/03/1666, portret, knife". He said that you coudl find her age by what stands on the paper. Peter had no idea and left the house.
How old is she and to prevent guessing, how do you know?
