Silver walked into the classroom in the last few minutes before the start of the class, and sought out Candi. Luckily, there was a seat next to her, and he tried to sneak around through the rows to surprise her, but ended up tripping and stumbling right next to her. With a chuckle, he got up and kissed Candi on the cheek before sitting down.

As the ponies filed in, Book Smart glanced up from her book, not moving much, and glanced at the clock. Seeing it was time for class to start, she magicked her book into a bag under the table and took out her lecture notes.
Clearing her throat, she began talking with a loud voice, "Good morning ponies, Today's a very special lesson, requested from the department; Safe Relationships. Honestly, I already have seen some changes you all as a group, pairs already starting to form with each other, and a bit of PDA here and there..."
-
Ferrarity smiled at Air's politeness, she saw her cringing and looked a bit concerned. "Why are you so timid, silly filly?" She glanced over at Book Smart up front where Air was looking then giggled, and looked back to Air. "Silly, there's no need to be afraid of her." She reached down and took a hold of Air's hoof with her own. "Just relax Air, I'm right here with ya." She rolled her eyes hearing what the professor was starting to say. Oh boy, here we go.
-
Candi jumped as she heard a crash and turned to see Silver falling into into the seat next to her. She laughed along with him and blushed at his kiss, "You're not mad at me?!" Her face lit up and she could finally breathe easier. She scooted closer to him as he took his seat and stared forward the teacher began to talk.
Safe relationships? she thought to herself glancing over at Silver. Her cheeks began to turn a darker red, Why would the department request this...?
-
Air moved herself closer to Ferr in a not so subtle attempt to nuzzle her cheek, halting on Book's words ...
"U-Uh oh ..."
She stuttered nervously with one of her seemingly trademarked blush.
"... Thank you Ferr..."
A small voice spoke from her seat as she listened intently to the pony at the front of the small class ...
-
Megabyte gave Peeps a smile of thanks as she happily trotted past her marefriend and out the door into the hallway. She took a few steps forward before pausing and looking over her shoulder at the red mare, letting her catch up. "Thank you very much." She said with another smile, her previous blush still faintly hanging around her cheeks. "Oh, and before I forget. I'm going to be paying for our meal this time. ...If that's alright with you, that is."
-
Ferrarity smiled at Air's partial nuzzle, she still held onto her hoof as a way of trying to keep her nerves calm. "You know I'll be there for you anytime I can Air. And don't worry about today's lesson plan, but if you have any doubts after hearing this, I'll understand, ok?" She smiled sincerely at the blue pegasus, wondering if today's lecture would somehow make Air think their relationship over. She hoped it wouldn't, but if she did, she'd make sure Air was happy no matter what.
-
Air squeezed her hoof slightly, turning Ferr's hand into more of a stress toy than a comforting device ...
"... That won't happen ..."
Air softly stated with a harsh stern edge in her tone, it was apparent that she was going to defend this relationship as much as she could possibly achieve, even if that had dire consequences ...
-
Ferrarity smiled at Air after she said that, giggling quietly at her squeezing her hoof, though she didn't mind it. She just felt so many things were trying to separate her and Air, and she didn't let anything get between them and it seemed Air was doing the same. "I promise I won't let anything get between us Air, no matter what anypony else says."
-
"Right, So. Even though it is only the end of the first week of your college experience, you may have noticed that you have changed mentally. Some ponies might have already dropped out, some ponies might be getting homesick already, and some of you more eager candidates have decided to start anew with EVERYTHING," She paused, glancing at her notes, "From sleeping habits, eating habits, personal style, all the way to new relationships. Now, most of these changes are good, weather they're quick or over a long period of time. However, studies have shown correlation between new relationships within the first month or two and dropping out...." During this pause she threw up a large graph on the wall using basic magic projection, "Usually this is due to improper priority alignment. In this instance, school no longer becomes the ponies first priority, causing them to fall behind in schoolwork and fail classes. Another way is because of 'distractions' a couple gives each other, and I'd rather not explain considering you can infer for yourselves... or even fighting with roommates and friends that don't agree with your choices..."
--------------------------
Silver paused and put on a serious face, "Ya... well... I'm still kinda mad about this morning..." Ms Smart started talking, "We can talk later about it..." Silver turned forward, and rested his head on his hooves, already bored.
-
"Tell me about it." Ferrarity mumbled under her breath. Though this feels like an invasion of privacy. Are they watching us in our rooms? She wondered if either it was that or somepony outside who could have tipped them off about a few of the earlier things. The arguing was one thing, but what was the deal with the rest of it? She couldn't help but think she and the others were being watched or ratted on.
