Abstract Thoughts #58: Classes in Canterlot High

Summer's coming to an end, so in honor of the new school year, I decided a discussion about a certain humanized pony high school was in order.

It's interesting that for all the media loves making high school-related shows and toylines, many of them are loathe to show any actual high school classes, and Equestria Girls is no exception. Considering Twilight's love of schoolwork and her curiosity about the human world, this seems like a real wasted opportunity to me. Sure, it would have probably taken valuable time from what was already a pretty packed story, but it still seems weird to visit a high school setting without seeing any classes (unless you count Cheerilee schooling Twilight on how to use a computer as a class).

With that in mind, I'd like to ask you what sort of classes you'd have liked to see in Canterlot High. A little human history, perhaps? Maybe some good ol' mathematics? How about an English class featuring designated literary classics? Or perhaps the bane of every high school nerd: gym. And who would you like to see teach those hallowed classes?
