And how am I supposed to think and plan while I'm frozen!?

You could both be frozen in the same lab?

....... That could actually make sense...

You know that I'm serious about it? Not joking. I AM going to freeze myself eventually.

Healthy lifestyle + doctors + yadda-yadda-yadda = avoiding death due to causes that USUALLY happen: sickness, tumors, cancer, heart attacks...

Cryonics = avoiding death that ALWAYS happens: aging.

Treating oneself against unsure things, yet ignoring the things that DEFINITELY will kill you is not very wise now, is it?

      @Stryke

I didn't really pay attention, but in the Disney's "Pocahontas" movies, did the Englishmen use proper British English words, or did the creators screw up and gave them American English ones? Do you recall someone amongst them having an american accent?

(Yeah, we could check it right now, but lets see what will we get from our memories. )

I can't remember any of the lines from the film whatsoever, but I'm fairly sure that John Smith himself was given a VERY strong American accent (and extremely American Dream good looks). Possibly the main villain on the colonists' side too, I don't quite remember him.

Do you have any memorable moments from High School or earlier?

In Junior High my classmates played an Inflated Condom Volleyball while our teacher was still in the class.

We also had pepper spray sprayed in the class, causing everyone to run out of it.

And a smoke screen filling an entire hallway hallway, or numerous false bomb threats which caused the whole school to get evacuated.

...oh, and we didn't learn it until I graduated, but there were lots of dud mines under the school's yard. (The school used to be an ammunition storage building during one, or both of WW's.)

What are your stories? (Not necessarily vandalism- / Stupidity-of-puberty-addled-brains-related -- just memorable.)

Probably the most memorable episode from my school days was in Year 8 (That's somewhere around Junior High level I think) Our English teacher was often a bit late to class, and one day we found a pile of big cardboard boxes in the corner of the room for some reason. One of my classmates decided to see how long he could hide in them, and we all played along, claiming we hadn't seen him all day. He lasted for about 20 minutes before his legs fell asleep and he fell over. All the teacher said in response as he went back to his seat was "That's not funny Josh."

      BUT IT TOTALLY WAS!

I had a small group of nerd friends, and did my best to be generally nice to others or otherwise just not bother with people I didn't know well. I went to a grammar school, so even the lowest rung were intelligent enough to not really bother with bullying and such.

Thunder, are there any genres/tropes in Equestrian books which you didn't see so far here?

Any particular genres significantly more popular than others? Since you live in a land of magic, I guess stories located in magic-less lands go under the "fantasy" or "sci-fi" in Equestria, right?

Any stereotypes of denizens of particular cities, or cultural norms which, now that you think about them, are just... weird? (Anecdotes will suffice; I know you're not the type to give me textbook references.)

Equestrian books? Search me, I don't live in Equestria. But I'm guessing fantasy would have magic too, just unusual magic.

      Melody?

I dunno, I only read books Dad likes

Sorry dude. Not the best start, is it?
